What am I doing sitting here feeling sorry for myself?
All I have to do is stick to the plan and keep doing Insanity and pushing myself and I should get to my desired weight loss goal in no time.
The sooner I get there, the sooner I will be able to shut up — with his negative views on my weight.

I never thought this was possible
I didn’t think it was possible, but I am literally living and fine without you. I thought that the ground will crack underneath me or that I would still be crying after several weeks without you.
